Summer's coming, time to line up your lounging situation. Get it started with the Westnofa Siesta Chair which is a slingy, comfy cushioned piece. The bentwood frame is super lightweight while also providing a great amount of flexibility. The laced canvas-style sling back and seat are laced up, along with the head pillow. A cushion provides extra support for the tush.
This fabric on this piece is a washed indigo. The color has faded with age but like a good denim, just gets better with age. For our design lovers, Ingmar Relling is the mind behind this piece (and is sitting in this model for his iconic photo).
The structure is in excellent shape with no stress fractures or breaks. The lacing is all present, it does look like one side of the head pillow has been retied at some point. There is fading and some light marks to the fabric but it is consistent and aged, true to the nature of indigo. There are tears or rips in the fabric. The original cushion is included
